Terms and Conditions

1. All prices within this site are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. E.& O.E.
2. All files must be approved based on the suppled ripped PDF file
3. Payment must be arranged prior to print unless otherwise arranged
4. Orders cancelled will incur a $20.00 ripping fee with any additional expenses incurred
5. Pick up of goods or couriers can be organised as needed with business operating hours
6. Paper and boards may vary from batch to batch affecting
7. Art must be supplied with specs otherwise trim off may result in missing text etc
8. Coated and Uncoated stock may result in variations of colour due to print being a reflective media
9. Folding may create a cracking effect and or shift within a mil so it is best to create art away from fold lines
10. Cellosheen and Laminate will change the colour due to the additional plastic coating
11. Heavy ink loads will require an Aggressive Laminate otherwise Trade Matt Laminate will be used
12. Job completion will be advised when job has been approved by the client
13. Industry standard colour print profile will be used unless otherwise organised
